Hot Vat Resin Emulsifer
Most fiberglass resins, or any other material that is just about set-up, can be easily cleaned and emulsified with John-Henry TC-202. When the quantity of vats is limited, if lube oils are to be cleaned along with resins, John-Henry MAGNUM is a stellar performer, especially for longevity of the cleaning solution. It can work stand-alone, or as an additive to caustic solutions.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
TC-202, Concentrated Resin Emulsifier, is a built surfactant system that is the perfect product for general tank cleaning. The product eliminates the need for pre-solving and is especially effective for removing fresh latex and resins, fatty acids and oils, and lube oils.
The proprietary surfactant system defoams when used at temperatures above 140° F, rinses off freely leaving no film, and is completely biodegradable.
USES AND DIRECTIONS
TC-202 may be used in all tank cleaning operations and is particularly suited for use in re-circulating hot vat systems.
Begin with an 6:1 concentration with water. Assuming success at this ratio, try 8:1 and 10:1 until performance is deminished. Then add more concentrate. Document actual dilution ratio for future reference.
