Vapor Scrubber

VAPO-SORB® is a highly concentrated blend of buffered acid and glycol ether formulated for the tank washing industry. Used in vapor scrubbers, it captures and neutralizes strong, objectionable odors from chemical vapors such as amines, mercaptans, and acrylates. By reducing harmful emissions, VAPO-SORB® improves worker safety, minimizes environmental impact, and enhances community relations. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

VAPO-SORB® is designed for use in the tank washing industry where a wide variety of chemical vapors with objectionable odors are vented from tanks and ISO containers prior to cleaning. VAPO-SORB®, a very highly concentrated blend of buffered acid and glycol ether, is used in vapor scrubbers to capture and neutralize strong chemical odors such as amines, mercaptans, acrylates, etc. VAPO-SORB® neutralizes these vapors and the safety and environmental hazards associated with them, improving both worker health and safety and ‘over-the-fence’ relationships. VAPO-SORB® has a high neutralization capacity and is long lasting.

USES AND DIRECTIONS

VAPO-SORB® should be added to vapor scrubbers diluted 50/50 with water. Fill Vapor Scrubbers to their rated capacity so as to allow gas bubbles more time to travel upward in the water column.

For best results, use VAPO-SORB® in conjunction with John-Henry VAPO-SCRUB deodorizer.
